Job summary

Alder Adjusting is seeking a Field Adjuster to inspect losses and prepare documentation for insurance claims. You will communicate with various stakeholders to gather claims information and negotiate settlements. The ideal candidate must possess a Florida 6-20 Insurance License and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Florida 6-20 Insurance License.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
• Creativity and latitude are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and prepare documents detailing the claim.
• Communicate with desk examiners and insureds to gather information on claims.
• Negotiate settlements with the insured and/or their representatives.
• Prepare reports and submit payment recommendations to desk examiners.
• Manage workload and submit closing documents in a timely fashion.
