Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to cover LOUDON, TELLICO, and VONORE TN. This role focuses on selling, ordering, and presenting Coca-Cola products while ensuring promotions and new products are executed across assigned accounts.

The BAM will maintain displays, rotate stock, and coordinate with store personnel to maximize revenue, volume, and gross profit. A strong emphasis on customer service and safety is essential, with lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• Career-mindedness and a highly competitive nature.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Maintains back room by organizing product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing discussions.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates market activities affecting business.
