Job Summary:

The Field Account Executive is responsible for acquiring net new fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners for the ClassPass platform in their local market and broader region. They build strong industry relationships, stay informed about local studios and spas, including new openings, and spend most workdays visiting prospects and traveling over 50% of their time within their region.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2+ years of presale SMB B2B (preferably SaaS) experience focused on fast-paced, B2B transactional sales using both Field and Inside sales tactics
  • Proven record of consistent over-performance on quotas and OKRs
  • Strong full-cycle sales methodology with focus on conversion rates
  • Familiarity with or connections in the local fitness, wellness, or relevant industry
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills
  • Ability to embrace feedback and self-motivation
  • Experience managing a smaller pipeline efficiently with high-quality touchpoints
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
  • Resides in Austin and willing to travel within the broader region
  • Reliable transportation to visit partners in Austin (10-15 visits per day)
  • Embodies ClassPass core values
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition: Engage with fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners to grow the business
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venues added
  • Use outbound Field Sales tactics (drop-ins, face-to-face, networking) to engage prospects; utilize Inside Sales as needed, with priority on Field
  • Attend networking opportunities to build regional industry connections
Work Environment and Travel:
  • This is a remote role; residence within the supported region is required
  • Regularly use a computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard
  • 50%+ travel required
Pay Transparency:

The base salary range in the US is $57,000 to $69,000, with potential performance bonuses, benefits, and incentives. Compensation depends on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
