Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Field Access Manager - Specialty Networks to lead access and reimbursement strategies across national accounts in the US. You will partner with internal teams and KOLs to optimize patient access for Telix products.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech market access, strong billing/coding knowledge, and the ability to travel 20–40%. Hybrid/remote work options are available, with a focus on payer policy and site of care engagement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with Market Access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with site of service staff and stakeholders to ensure reimbursement access.
• Educate staff on medical policy and billing/coding procedures.
• Develop KOL relationships to support payer policy and market access.
• Analyze payer landscape and communicate opportunities and challenges.
• Perform access reviews in major accounts and track reimbursement trends.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and travel to support national initiatives.
