Telix Pharmaceuticals seeks a Field Access Manager to lead access and reimbursement across a defined geography, partnering with sites of service staff, payers, and policymakers to ensure timely, favorable coverage for Telix products. You will develop payer policies, manage regional payer accounts, and support lifecycle management with strategic insight and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years in pharma/biotech, and familiarity with Medicare Part B and buy-and-bill

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably Market Access roles.
• 3+ years healthcare coverage, coding and/or reimbursement.
• Direct experience with buy and bill products, Medicare Part B and related codes.
• Diagnostic Radiology and Oncology experience preferred.
• Experience with billing, coding and medical claims.

Responsabilités

• Lead access and reimbursement strategy for Telix brand portfolio within assigned geography.
• Educate site of service staff on medical policy and reimbursement topics.
• Develop payer policies and monitor Medicaid/Medicare/commercial regulations.
• Build and maintain payer relationships and advocate for favorable formulary status.
• Drive market access value propositions to decision-makers and committees.
• Travel as needed to support regional payers and sites.
