Field Access Manager, Immunology

The Field Access Manager is a field-based position that will assist accounts in gaining access to Galderma’s biologic treatment. The role is in Galderma’s Therapeutic Dermatology Business Unit and will provide access assistance, education, and general support to patients with prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis. The role will have a specified geography and partner closely with key stakeholders within the US cross functional teams as well as external partners, and directly reports to the Field Access Director team.
This role requires regular travel and the ability to effectively perform work in a variety of professional environments, including customer sites, healthcare settings, conferences, and company locations. Responsibilities may involve extended periods of driving, standing, walking, and presenting, as well as transporting materials necessary to support customer interactions and business objectives. The target base salary range for this role is $160,000-$170,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a commission plan, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
