Regions is seeking a Trust Relationship Specialist in Dallas, TX to provide general and clerical support to the trust department. The role involves handling routine inquiries, preparing documentation, and supporting complex fiduciary accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, plus experience in trust administration and tax coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years Trust or related experience.
• Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine customer and internal account inquiries with timely research.
• Communicates with clients and internal partners about account openings, closings, asset transfers, and fees.
• Maintains proper account documentation and files account related material according to the prescribed system in a timely manner.
• Processes complex Trust transactions in a timely manner.
• Forecasts client cash needs and provides estimates of liquidity needed to relationship team.
• Assists with trust tax preparation and documentation.
• Complies with regulatory requirements, standards and policies.
• Prepares account materials for advisory reviews and audits.
