Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking an experienced Fidessa developer for the Equities Cash Technology organization. You will work on integrating Fidessa-based trading applications with the bank's technology stack and contribute to ongoing upgrades.

The role requires hands-on Fidessa implementation, deep knowledge of Fidessa architecture, and the ability to deliver complex onsite customizations while collaborating with business analysts and other developers.

Job description

This role is for an experienced Fidessa developer in the Equities Cash Technology organization. The group supports institutional and retail equities trading desks and is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting multiple production trading applications built on the Fidessa trading platform. A successful candidate needs to have prior hands‑on Fidessa implementation experience, in‑depth knowledge of the Fidessa architecture, frameworks, and products, and proven track record performing product upgrades with complex onsite customizations. Hands‑on FTW implementation experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
