Job summary

A consulting firm located in New Jersey is searching for a professional with expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. The role requires strong documentation skills, functional testing abilities, and experience working with offshore developers for enhancements. Candidates should have experience in supporting customizations and using Solution Manager for tracking. This is a full-time position encouraging applicants with a Green Card, USC, or H1 visa.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in General Ledger as well as Accounts Receivable and Payable.
• Experience in documenting enhancements with business SMEs.
• Functional testing experience of RICEF components.
• Experience coordinating with offshore developers.

Responsibilities

• Track customizations using SolMan.
• Provide lead support during Hypercare.
• Conduct L1 support during Hyper-care post-implementation.
• Functional Testing of RICEF’s
• Ability to work with offshore developers for enhancements
• SolMan experience with tracking of customizations
• Hypercare Support as a lead
• L1 Support during Hyper-care and Post implementation support (L0 being the Business SME)
• Should have worked on Solution Manager for Issue tracking
• Prefer Green Card/USC - Hire or contract. H1 also OK.
