Gastro Health is seeking a Full-Time Fibro-scan Technician to join our team in Kendall, FL. The role offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekends or evenings, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for FibroScan, performing imaging procedures, ensuring physician orders are followed, and maintaining patient care and confidentiality throughout the exam process.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Medical Assistant experience required
• GI experience desired

Responsibilities

• Under the general direction of the Imaging Manager, perform examinations of patients 16+ to assist in diagnosis.
• Position patients for FibroScan using positioning methods and protective equipment as necessary.
• Performs FibroScan imaging procedures on appropriate anatomical regions in accordance with accepted standards of practice.
