Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with textiles, composites, or chemical processing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment used in textile and composite manufacturing
• Handle and process fiberglass composite materials according to production requirements
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor production runs
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support team production goals and daily manufacturing operations
