Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. You will produce fiberglass products for the electrical industry, read work orders and engineering prints, trim with hand and power tools, and maintain accurate production records.

The role requires the ability to learn and follow processes, basic math, team communication, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and follow manufacturing processes.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Produce products at 100% of daily production rates.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Trim and roll product using hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
