Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Manufacturing Associates to join our clean, air-conditioned facility. You will remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step, helping ensure the durability and energy efficiency of Marvin windows and doors.

We provide training for both experienced and entry-level applicants. The role is 12-hour overnight shifts with a rotating schedule, offering a strong pay package including base hourly rate,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications.
• General computer proficiency to support production tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to ensure quality.
• Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving.
• Provide training support for new team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes.

is hiring Manufacturing Associates! Looking for hands‑on work in a clean, modern manufacturing environment? In this role, you’ll remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step. These parts are a key part of the fiberglass frames that give the Marvin windows and doors their strength, durability, and energy efficiency.

Schedule & Pay

12hr Overnight Shift

6:30 PM – 6:45 AM

• Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur


• Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat


• Enjoy a 3‑day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.

Pay

Base hourly rate $20.75/hr

• Pay potential including $3.00 night diff + $4.00 weekend premium + OT : $26.79/hour

Highlights of your role

• Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to make sure they meet quality standards


• Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy


• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving


• Provide support in training new team members, as needed


• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• A High School diploma or equivalent


• Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment


• General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting

Also want to make sure you have

• Capability to stand/work for a 12‑hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs


• Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
