Qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass, molds, bodywork, construction or similar hands‑on work; willingness to train the right person.
• Strong understanding of measuring, layout, and fabrication techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and fabrication equipment.
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for long periods, bend, climb and work on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and finish swimming pool plugs to be straight, level and dimensionally accurate.
• Build production molds using fiberglass, resin, and a chopper gun.
• Inspect and repair molds by grinding and fiber-glassing cracks or damaged areas.
• Apply spray, sand, and buff repaired areas for a smooth finish.
• Maintain quality standards to ensure high‑quality molds.
• Work across plug & mold departments as production needs fluctuate.
