Job summary

Explore Industries is seeking a Fiberglass Lamination Specialist to join our Knoxville, TN team. In this hands-on role, you will laminate fiberglass onto molds to create high-quality pool and spa shells, handling resins and gelcoat with safety and precision.

You will work with a collaborative team, emphasize quality and safety, and cross-train in related areas as needed to support production goals and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiberglass lamination or similar manufacturing setting.
• Ability to pass a pulmonary function evaluation and wear a respirator.
• Knowledge of resin, fiberglass, catalyst, gelcoat and related materials.
• Effective communication within a team.
• Punctuality and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Layer fiberglass onto molds to build pool and spa shells.
• Apply resin and fiberglass materials for strong laminates.
• Roll out air and smooth laminate for quality finish.
• Identify and address quality concerns during lamination.
• Collaborate with team and cross-train in other areas.
• Handle chemicals safely and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area after each shift.
• Support production goals with reliability and safety.
