This full-time role emphasizes safety, clean work areas, and teamwork to hit daily production goals. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior fiberglass/manufacturing experience helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fiberglass, manufacturing, construction, bodywork or similar hands-on environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and portable power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, measurements and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Trim, grind, sand, repair, and clean fiberglass pools and spas using hand and portable power tools.
• Inspect products for imperfections, defects, and finish quality.
• Perform repairs and surface preparation to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Smooth and finish surfaces to achieve a clean, consistent appearance.
• Safely handle chemicals, tools, equipment, and fiberglass materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
• Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily production goals and schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
