Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, preferably with material handling or fiberglass products.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate cranes and lifting equipment and obtain crane operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove cured fiberglass parts from molds using approved pulling procedures and crane systems.
• Evaluate laminate curing progress and ensure parts meet minimum cure-time requirements.
• Inspect finished parts, molds, clamps, and pulling equipment for defects and readiness.
• Operate cranes and material-handling equipment with pre-use inspections and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support safe production operations.
• Collaborate with coworkers and follow company policies to support efficient production.
