Valto, Inc in Goshen, IN is seeking a Mold Shop Technician for full-time work in our state-of-the-art facility. You will inspect, repair, clean, and prepare production molds to ensure quality and readiness for fiberglass manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience with mold maintenance, finishing, or related industrial roles; strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing or finishing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify defects and surface imperfections.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Remove molds from production and inspect for damage, wear or surface defects.
• Perform mold repairs and maintenance to meet production standards.
• Clean mold surfaces and edges to remove residue and contaminants.
• Buff and polish molds to achieve high-gloss finish and remove imperfections.
• Apply mold preparation treatments as per procedures and quality requirements.
• Return molds to production after all steps are completed and verified.
