Qualifications

• Must be able to read prints and use a tape measure.

• Ability to stand, walk, reach while frequently crouching, bending, & climbing throughout the workday.
• Must be able to work in a non-airconditioned environment.
• Ability to work with team members, Team Leads, Group Leaders, Supervisors and Plant Manager to achieve daily targets.
• Must be able to listen, understand, and follow instructions and coaching feedback.

Responsibilities

• Operate and use air tools and hand tools as required.
• Read blueprints and measure components to ensure correct dimensions.
• Follow Code of Conduct and employee handbook expectations.
• Maintain PPE guidelines and safety on the production floor.
