Job summary

ETS Staffing in Vermont is seeking an Insulation Installer to join a team serving residential and commercial clients. This in-person role offers a $23/hour pay, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with excellent benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $2,000.

You will install fiberglass insulation, measure and fit materials, seal gaps, and work safely from heights. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; prior installation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with insulation installation or related construction trades preferred.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity for handling materials and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass insulation in various building types following safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials to unique spaces and surfaces.
• Seal gaps and joints to maximize insulation effectiveness and energy efficiency.
