Job summary

Spherion Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a fiberglass manufacturing facility in Wichita Falls, TX. The position features 13-hour block shifts from 6:40am to 8:00pm with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour, and requires 2 years of manufacturing experience, basic math, and computer use.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read a metric tape measure and use a computer.
• Mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Start up and monitor machines per SOPs.
• Ensure product quality and handle adjustments.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform safety and housekeeping tasks.
• Weigh, label and pack finished product according to specs.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
