Pratt Industries is seeking a Fiber Yard Material Handler to operate heavy equipment and manage materials at the paper mill. You will stage bails and loose materials, read orders, and maintain accurate records while supporting production and safety initiatives.

Candidates should have experience with forklifts, front-end loaders, and Bobcats, plus strong math and data-entry skills. This is a 12-hour shift environment with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience operating various mobile equipment (forklifts, front-end loaders, Bobcats).
• Ability to read orders, perform basic math, and enter data accurately.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to PPE and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and Bobcats to stage bails and materials.
• Manage inventory and keep materials organized and accessible.
• Support production by ensuring a steady raw material supply.
• Maintain safety through PPE and lock-out-tag-out procedures.
• Collaborate with team and supervisor for smooth operations.
• Read orders, perform basic calculations, and complete documentation.
• Perform pre/post shift equipment checks and basic housekeeping.
