Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC in Rahway, NJ, seeks an Aerial Lineman to install and repair fiber/telecom cables in the field. You’ll safely operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators, and maintain safe work zones as you support teams and travel for storm responses on short notice.

The role requires 3+ years of Lineman experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record, and a High School diploma or GED. CDL license is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Lineman experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• CDL license required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair complex fiber/telecom cables and materials.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
