Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Telecommunications Lineman to install and repair fiber and telecom cables in the field. You will operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and various hand and power tools while maintaining safe work areas.

Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain), and at least three years of lineman experience.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• CDL license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum of three years of Lineman experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair complex fiber/telecom cables and materials, addressing issues promptly.
• Safely operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators, and hand/power tools.
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow on site.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
