Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Laborer for the Harrisburg, PA area. This field-based, hourly role supports an Aerial Telecom Crew with installation and maintenance of fiber and telecom cables and materials.

Responsibilities include supplying tools and materials, moving equipment, tagging and notifying residents before work, stocking and maintaining vehicles, and performing digging and traffic control as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure that door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
