Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is hiring a Telecommunications Laborer for the Duncansville, PA area. You will support an aerial telecom crew with installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials.

This hourly position requires standard labor duties, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to operate in varying weather conditions. Training and a safety‑first culture are emphasized to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in telecommunications labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
