This contract role requires strong knowledge of OSP practices, reading construction drawings, and commitment to safety; company vehicle provided, laptop and PPE supplied, with potential for contract extension based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising telecommunications or fiber construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSP fiber construction practices.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OSP fiber construction activities.
