Windwave Communications is currently hiring for a Fiber Splicer. The Fiber Splicers assist with multiple aspects of cable installation, which include pathway construction, rough‑in, routing, telecommunication room build‑out, cable terminations, labeling, and grounding.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist team with installation activities.
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proactively maintain job site organization and basic housekeeping.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is indoors with minimal work outside and in a construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
