Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fiber construction experience with supervisory exposure.
• 2+ years in project coordination or supervision preferred.
• Strong project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and lead employees on assigned projects.
• Review tasks and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Implement processes to assist task completion in the department or project.
• Communicate with staff, contractors, vendors, and customers to support the project.
• Manage multiple projects to completion in a high-stress environment.
• Audit and approve invoices; track project progress and reporting.
