Job summary

Fairfield Processing Corporation in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Production Associate to support fiber processing operations and manufacturing activities. You will report to the Production department and help in processing of fiber materials, gaining hands-on experience with machines and safety procedures.

Expect shift flexibility with day, evening, and night options. The role offers a benefits package including medical, vision, prescription plans, 401(k), and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina for manual tasks including lifting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and assist with machine operation.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; follow PPE rules.
• Learn Assembly Work Instructions and defect guidelines.
• Identify material/process issues and report to supervisors.
• Work with team and other departments to complete tasks.
• Operate in a warehouse environment with exposure to loud machinery.
