The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, leadership skills, and at least 7 years of related experience. The compensation for this role ranges from $104,000 to $173,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience or 5+ years with a master's degree.
• 4-6 years inside & outside plant experience in telecommunications.
• In-depth knowledge of ISP/OSP equipment and designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fiber-to-the-home network planners.
• Drive onboarding and capability development of new planners.
• Establish and sustain strategic cross-functional partnerships.
• Collaborate with peer planning organizations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
