Job summary

M&J Enterprises Construction Inc is seeking motivated Fiber Placement Laborers to support underground and aerial fiber optic construction projects in Henderson, NV. This full-time role involves assisting with the installation, placement, and maintenance of fiber optic cable.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, lift 50+ lbs, and work well within a crew. CDL is a plus and OSHA-10 certification is commonly valued on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiber optic construction or underground utilities preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus).
• Strong work ethic and reliability; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fiber cable placement in conduit, microduct, and aerial systems
• Support jetting, pulling, and blowing fiber operations
• Set up and maintain job sites
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with locating ducts, handholes, and vaults
