Job summary

PRIME Fiber is seeking driven outside sales representatives to grow our fiber internet network in Southwest Florida, including Naples and Bonita Springs. As a door-to-door sales rep, you will engage homeowners, explain the benefits of fiber internet, and drive new sign-ups in assigned neighborhoods.

This full-time role offers a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with an expected OTE around $80,000; opportunities for advancement exist in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable walking in residential neighborhoods in Florida.
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are most likely to be home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales activities in assigned residential territories.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Present the benefits of fiber internet and tailor pitches to homeowners.
• Answer questions about service availability, pricing, features, and installation.
• Build relationships with homeowners, HOAs, and local communities.
• Accurately track sales activities and follow-ups; provide field feedback.
