Position Overview:

Term: 1+ year

Location: Remote (100% travel)

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00; commensurate with experience

Hours: Standard business hours

Role Description:

Our Field Services Team adds value by delivering solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. As a first-line responder, you'll communicate openly and helpfully, focusing on finding the right solutions. You'll organize, triage issues, and proactively address potential problems. Our training programs, both virtual and hands-on, are designed to facilitate rapid learning and professional growth. We are committed to developing our team through mentorship, coaching, and knowledge sharing across territories.

Responsibilities:

• Add or remove non-powered equipment hardware.
• Manage wiring and connections on non-operational equipment and switchboard cables.
• Lead verification and continuity testing.
• Analyze job specifications and drawings.
• Understand the Scope of Work (SOW) and prepare Job Change Order (JCO) summaries.
• Assign tasks to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers.
• Prepare Method of Procedure (MOP).
• Draft Job Information Memorandums (JIMs).
• Resolve issues related to specifications and drawings.
• Update office record drawings.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel.
• At least 25 years old.
• Proficient with PC, basic electronics, and hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work rotating/weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. unaided, up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and manual manipulation.
• Willingness to obtain various certifications.
• Own a basic set of hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.).
