Job summary

AFL Telecommunications LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I to join the ACA manufacturing team in Duncan, OK. You will safely operate the production line, follow procedures, and strive for high quality while controlling costs in a dynamic team setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1+ year manufacturing experience), basic math, and willingness to learn. You will work the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 4:45am-3:15pm) with strong safety and teamwork as priorities, and you’ll have

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Lift 15–40 pounds repeatedly; manual handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to AFL EH&S policies.
• Monitor production and perform efficient machine changeovers.
• Ensure products meet specs and daily goals.
• Enter production and quality data accurately.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; report issues.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
