Job summary

Zero dB Communications LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Fiber Optic Field Technician to support residential and commercial fiber builds. You will perform splicing, testing, and troubleshooting on FTTH and related projects, primarily on a night shift with travel as needed.

Requirements include 1+ year of fiber optic field experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and comfort working outdoors. We offer weekly pay, PTO, sick leave, holidays, and a robust benefits package.

Schedule:

• Required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, most schedules follow a M-F pattern.
• This is a night time shift, although day times may be necessary at times depending on operational needs.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed in addition to travel as needed.
• Out of state travel is required.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record. This is a safety sensitive position.
