Qualifications

Responsibilities
Prepare fiber cable into splice enclosure and tray.
Splice fiber using mechanical or fusion methods.
Respond to network outages and perform repairs.
Test cable with optical test equipment for troubleshooting.
Skills
Fiber optic theory knowledge
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to splice loose tube fiber
Ability to read splicing matrix and design drawings
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate a bucket truck
