Job summary

SolPowerlines, LLC is seeking an experienced fiber optic splicer to join our field team. You will perform splicing, termination, testing, and documentation across multiple job sites as required.

Responsibilities include interpreting splice diagrams, diagnosing network faults, and ensuring quality with OTDRs, power meters, and related tools. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors are essential. The role will involve travel to various sites and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a fiber optic splicer or related role.
• Proficiency in using OTDR, fusion splicers, and related tools.
• Ability to read and understand network diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
