Job summary

Utility Lines Construction Services is seeking a Telecom Lineperson – Reg 110 to install fiber optic line and rod ducts. You will operate and inspect equipment, drive a company vehicle, and perform safety‑driven tasks in various environments.

Responsibilities include pole/anchor work, cable installation, sagging techniques, and adherence to safety protocols. Travel for storm assignments may be required; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Willing to work long hours, overtime and travel for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Remove poles and anchors.
• Detach, remove, and relocate telecom cable.
• Assist crew with proper cable sagging techniques.
• Ensure daily testing and inspection of tools and equipment.
• Maintain company equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform duties in accordance with training and qualifications.
• Communicate safety concerns and incidents to Foreperson.
