Job summary

Cable Wiring Specialist, Inc. is hiring Entry Level Splicer Technicians to support fiber optic and cable installation work across multiple Florida offices including Bonita Springs, Hollywood, Lakeland, and Melbourne.

The role involves physical labor, safety-conscious trenching, and operating company trucks under supervision. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be legally eligible to work in the United States, and be prepared for a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a crew or alone to perform fiber optic preparation and related labor.
• Operates company trucks to transport materials to the job site.
• Maintains safety by checking the work zone and ensuring devices are in place.
• On-Call Schedule on a 24-hour basis; must be available weekends/holidays and some nights.
• Performs trenching, missile-bore, hand-hole placement, and install fiber optic or Coax cable.
• Locates buried wiring and installs underground telecommunications cabling; flags as needed.
