Job summary

Cable Wiring Specialist, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Splicer Technician to support fiber optic and coax projects from our Bonita Springs, Hollywood, Lakeland, and Melbourne offices. The role involves physical labor, tool use, and working on a crew or solo as needed.

You will participate in trenching, underground cabling installation, and restoration work, with training provided and opportunities for growth within a nationwide field team.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for outdoor/field work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Willingness to travel within Florida for projects.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read prints/maps and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber optic and coax cable installation, trenching, and restoration.
• Operate company trucks and transport materials to job sites.
• Maintain safety standards and keep work areas organized.
