Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer to support fiber design and planning across markets, including Dallas. You will design OSP routes, develop construction drawings, and prepare splicing plans to enable scalable fiber deployments.

In this role, you will coordinate with permitting teams, perform capacity planning, and maintain GIS records while ensuring designs meet industry standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OSP engineering or fiber network design experience.
• Experience designing FTTH, FTTX, Metro, or Backbone Fiber networks.
• Knowledge of fiber routing, allocation and splicing concepts.
• Understanding of aerial and underground network design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
