Job summary

Dynetek Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Fiber Lineman responsible for the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cable systems in both aerial and underground environments. The position is divided into Mid-Level and Senior roles, with responsibilities including splicing, testing, and mentoring junior technicians. Candidates require a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience and relevant certifications, including OSHA 10.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on fiber optic installation experience for Mid-Level.
• Minimum 5 years of fiber optic experience and leadership for Senior.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, splice, and maintain fiber optic cable systems.
• Perform OTDR and OLTS testing to verify network performance.
• Lead crew members during field operations and mentor junior staff.
