Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or equivalent field sales.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead a sales team.
• Strong coaching skills to drive reps toward quota.
• Willingness to be in the field with the team and coach in real time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Source and sign on strong fiber internet sales talent.
• Onboard new reps and get them productive quickly.
• Ride along in the field to coach and mentor reps in real time.
• Build a team culture that is driven, upbeat, and accountable.
• Ensure your team meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Stay current on market conditions within Elk Grove/Sacramento, CA.
• Help define processes and standards.
