Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is hiring an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents in local neighborhoods and promote fiber internet, Wi‑Fi, and home connectivity services.

The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and uncapped commissions with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will use company mobile tools to manage your territory, learn customer needs, and build lasting relationships with customers in your community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Ability to work outdoors for much of the day in different weather conditions.
• Comfort using mobile devices for sales activity and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in assigned neighborhoods and engage residents in a door-to-door sales environment.
• Introduce Kinetic internet services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend fiber internet and connectivity solutions for the home.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach.
• Use mobile tools to manage sales activity and customer information in your territory.
