Job summary

Uniti's Kinetic unit seeks an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents in local neighborhoods, recommend fiber internet services, and close orders with friendly customer service. This role includes paid training, coaching, and rapid growth opportunities in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The position offers a salary- and commission-based package with an uncapped upside, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and potential for additional incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) for sales activities.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in assigned neighborhoods and engage residents in a door-to-door sales environment.
• Introduce Kinetic internet services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend fiber internet and connectivity solutions for the home.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with strong customer service.
• Use company-provided tools to manage sales activity and customer information in your territory.
