Uniti Group Inc.'s Kinetic unit is hiring an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents in local neighborhoods, recommend fiber internet and connectivity services, and drive new service sign-ups.

This entry-level role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, uncapped commissions up to $150,000+ annually, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. A positive, coachable attitude and strong customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
• Flexible availability to work - days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using mobile devices for sales activities.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in assigned neighborhoods and engage residents in a door-to-door sales environment.
• Introducing Kinetic internet services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the best fiber internet and connectivity solutions for the home.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach.
• Use company-provided mobile sales tools, including iPads and iPhones, to manage sales activity and customer information in your assigned territory.
