Job summary

OSO COMMUNICATIONS INC is seeking FTTH installation contractors to join our expanding fiber team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a 1099, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and production-based earnings.

As a fiber installer, you will perform inside and outside installations, splice and test fiber, and activate services while maintaining clean, professional work and top-notch customer service. Reliable vehicle and valid license required.

Qualifications

• Experience installing FTTH services.
• Reliable truck or work van.
• Fiber splicer/fusion splicer, preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and activate fiber services.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber services from the terminal to residential homes.
• Complete inside and outside installations.
• Splice, test, and activate fiber services.
• Ensure clean, professional installations.

• Pay: $1,200–$2,000+ per week (based on production)

Requirements

• Experience installing FTTH services

• Ladders and all tools required to complete installations
• Ability to troubleshoot and activate fiber services
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
