Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Fiber Delivery Manager to lead the Americas terrestrial fiber portfolio, translating capacity and investment priorities into executable plans. You will build and guide a high-performing team, align engineering, planning, sourcing, finance, and operations, and drive data-driven decisions across the program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, data center or network infrastructure program management.
• 3+ years of formal people-management experience leading technical delivery teams.
• Experience with fiber optic infrastructure design, construction, and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and own outcomes for the Americas terrestrial fiber portfolio, translating capacity and investment priorities into executable plans while balancing delivery, commercial, quality, risk, and long-term objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing, adaptable organization; develop leaders and talent and evolve team capabilities
• Shape supplier and contracting strategy with Sourcing, Legal, and Finance, including scope allocation and incentives
• Establish portfolio governance, use data to steer resources, and drive recovery when critical-path outcomes are at risk
• Sponsor systems, data, automation, and AI transformation to increase leverage, insight, and delivery speed
• Define end-to-end operating model across internal teams and external partners with clear accountability
