Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in network development, telecommunications, fiber optic infrastructure, or related roles.
• Experience with vendor or provider relationships in telecom or infrastructure.
• Experience with fiber concepts including route design, IRU/lease structures, and lifecycle.
• Experience with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and investment assessment.
• Experience with AI tools integration and data-driven strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Experience with data analytics tools and scripting (SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vendor contracting and partner relationships from design to delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Planning, Engineering, and Legal.
• Maintain data integrity across network inventory systems and supply signals.
• Develop digital infrastructure strategies for terrestrial investments in North America.
• Leverage automation and AI to streamline workflows and approvals.
• Assess risks, prioritize work across teams, and accelerate orders.
